Disney Parks - Top 5 at the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival!

It’s that time of year again! Each spring, the Magical folks over at Disney’s Epcot put together the most Magical spring festival of all, the Flower and Garden Festival! Today we’ll go over our list for the Top 5 Must-Do and Must-See attractions at the Festival, so you make sure to see them while you’re visiting!

1. Tour the World with your taste buds!

 As if the World Showcase wasn’t amazing enough, those behind the Magic of Disney find a way to make it even more special during the spring! This year, there will be a lineup of creative, fresh, and extra- “Springy” dishes from many of the different countries represented at the World Showcase! This includes tasty Vegetable Spring Rolls from the Lotus House and a Field Greens salad with fresh berries from The Berry Basket! Yummy! Take a global flavor tour at the World Showcase in Epcot to experience the tasty side of Spring!

2. See an amazing show!

 Bring the whole family or make it a date-night at the Garden Rocks Concert stage! This spring, the legendary stage will host some of the greatest chart-topping bands and artists spanning the decades, and you’re sure to have a Magical time! Concerts are 30 minutes in length and require no additional purchase aside from your Epcot entrance fees! It’s a wonderful way to have fun without having to pay extra! Upcoming shows include: The Village People, The Guess Who, and The Spinners! See a wonderful show in a beautiful setting at the Garden Rocks stage!

3. Take Selfies at the Topiaries!

 Throughout the Festival, all of Epcot is filled with incredible flower beds as well as one of the most Magical of attractions, the topiaries! The larger-than-life flower sculptures are one-of-a-kind designs by Disney’s own horticulturists and feature dozens of Disney characters including: Anna and Elsa, Bambi and Friends, Simba and Friends, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Stitch, and much, much more! Stop by each topiary and take a selfie to share with your friends and make memories that will last a lifetime!

4. Explore the Pavilions!

 Just as the World Showcase is a wonderful place for you to get a tasty snack and learn about fresh foods from around the world, the various Pavilions are an extra-special way for you to explore plants and flowers from all across the globe! Head to the Italy Pavilion to see how your favorite herbs become some of your favorite Italian dishes, or make your way to the China Pavilion to see the incredibly colorful varieties of bamboo they’ve got! No matter where you start, you’ll want to see every single garden - they’re all so incredible!

5. Go on a Scavenger Hunt!

 For the price of a Scavenger Hunt Map ($5.99) you can take an adventure around Epcot to find Spike, Disney’s Magical honey bee, hidden in a select few exhibits! It’s a wonderful way to make your way around the Park and see all the amazing flowers and topiaries! Once you’ve finished the hunt, you can return the map to Port of Entry for a secret, special surprise! This is a wonderful way to have fun with the kiddos or a friend while you’re taking in the exceptional sights of the Flower and Garden Festival!
